一、除尘器主要部件的功能：

二、除尘器使用方法：

1、每次动转水泥仓上料时进气压力不准超过0.1-0.15（MPa）否则压力过高会将滤芯折弯，水泥仓一定要安装料位计，防止灰满时将滤芯折弯。水泥仓上料完毕后，启动振动电机除尘。电机振动5-6分钟关闭，时间允许最好振动除尘30分钟关闭。

2、每两到三个月时间，将滤芯取下，使用干燥压力空气将滤芯反吹，清理，提高滤芯的过滤能力。

3、一般在除尘器出厂前都做了弹簧的振动调整，每次拆装时一定要保证予紧力。
